The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the territory of the municipality of Hrubieszów (37 localities) and municipal waste and construction and demolition waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), located in the Municipal Municipal Services Plant of Świerszczów, Świerszczów 108, 22-500 Hrubieszów. The waste collected in a selective manner, listed in points 2 to 14, will be collected from PSZOK in accordance with the list set out in the table below. It does not constitute an obligation for the contracting authority to prepare for the reception of a certain amount of waste. Settlements will be made on the basis of the actual amount (in tonnes) of municipal waste collected and managed, as well as construction and demolition waste from real estate and PSZOK. 1, 8-12, 14 of the list will take place in bags designed for different types of waste, marked with different colors. Unsorted (mixed) waste may also be disposed of in 120 litre containers owned by property owners. Bags should be made of semi-transparent foil, allowing quick assessment of their content, with a capacity of 120 liters and a thickness ensuring adequate strength (minimum 60 microns). The bags must bear a print indicating the type of waste, with the following colours: - unsorted (mixed) municipal waste – black bag or container marked with: ‘Mixed’; - bio-waste - brown bag, marked with: ‘Bio’; - paper – blue bag, marked with: ‘Paper’; - glass – green bag, marked with: ‘Glass’; - metal, plastic and multi-material packaging waste – yellow bag, marked: ‘Metals and plastics’; - ash– grey sack, marked with: ‘Ash’; - textile and clothing waste - purple bag, marked with: Textiles and Clothing. Estimated number of bags that the Contractor will be obliged to hand over to residents - 238,600 items, including: black bags – 39.100 yellow bags – 95.300 green bags – 34.700 blue bags – 32.000 brown bags – 9.100 grey bags – 18.000 bags, purple bags – 9.700 bags The collection of municipal waste will be carried out in the period from January to December 2027, i.e. in the months of: January, February, March, April, May, June, July August, September, October, November, December. In single-family housing, the waste listed in item Tables 1 and 8 to 12 will be collected once a month in the period from January to December 2027. The contractor will equip the property owners with bags for collecting municipal waste after each collection of waste by leaving new empty bags at the entrance to the property on the day of receipt of municipal waste in the amount and color corresponding to the collected bags of municipal waste.
