… Zduny commune agreed with the Ordering Party. Part 2 Purchase of telehandler 1. Part 2 covers the supply of one brand new telehandler with working equipment for the TSO Złaków Kościelny, adapted in particular to deal with the consequences of natural disasters, to move fallen trees, mud, snow and debris and to transport materials and equipment during rescue operations. 2. The charger and its accessories are to be unused, free from defects and rights of third parties, complete, marked, approved for use in accordance with regulations and ready for use. The detailed requirements are set out in Annex 1A to the ToR. 3. The place of delivery and collection of the loader is the seat of the TSO Złaków Kościelny or another place in the Zduny commune agreed with the Ordering Party. Division into parts 1. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both lots. The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of lots for which the Contractor may submit a tender or the number of lots which may be awarded to a single Contractor. Each lot will be assessed separately and a separate contract will be concluded for each lot. Financing of the contract 1.
