… build three fully operational lift systems that meet the requirements of DIN EN 81-20 and DIN EN 81-50. The lifts shall meet at least the energy efficiency class A according to ISO 25745 with regard to their energy efficiency. The installed drive shafts meet the requirements of DIN 4102 and are designed for the loads that occur. All installation parts required for assembly must be inserted into the shaft interior walls. The Contractor (AN) is responsible for ensuring that the fastening components are delivered to the raw builder in good time so that he can install them. Non-elevator facilities in the driving shaft are not permitted. The lifts correspond to type 02 according to DIN EN 81-70 and are suitable for a user with wheelchair class A or B with accompanying person. As part of the construction project, due to local conditions, three elevator systems with an underpass reduced to 360 mm (pit pit) are required. This exceptionally low underpass results from the structural boundary conditions of the structure and does not allow for a design with conventional lift technology. The elevator underpass is located in the area of the pressing groundwater. Further deepening of the elevator shaft pit would require considerable additional measures to seal the structure in accordance with the recognised rules of technology and would involve a significantly increased technical, economic and structural effort. In addition, there would be increased risks with regard to the permanent tightness of the structure. For this reason, an elevator solution is required that can cope with a reduced underpass, without the need for structural changes to the foundation or the waterproofing of the structure. After a thorough examination of the lift systems available on the market, it was found that a standard and approved lift solution, which meets the required combination of reduced underpass of 360 mm, reduced shaft head of 2610 mm and a lift speed of 1.0 m/s in compliance with the applicable safety requirements and the relevant standards, in particular DIN EN 81-20 and DIN EN 81-50, can only be implemented by a few companies. However, an assignment within the framework of a direct award to a company cannot take place. In the course of the AG's votes, an agreement was reached on a reduced lift underpass in order to reduce the effort for water management and thus optimize the costs, and the lifts in the sub-areas are to be awarded as part of a separate award in order to incorporate the technical and structural conditions resulting from the award of the lift systems into the FLB (GU award).
