Gemeente Veenendaal schrijft een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor de inhuur van tijdelijk personeel (t/m schaal 8) ten behoeve van het Klantcontactcentrum. Telefonie vormt de primaire inzetbehoefte; burgerzaken vormt een secundair, aanvullend inzetgebied. Gevraagd wordt een vaste flexpool van 6 tot 10 medewerkers, paraat voor snelle inzet bij ziekte, vacatures of piekdrukte. De opdracht wordt gegund aan één opdrachtnemer middels een raamovereenkomst met een initiële looptijd van twee jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot drie eenzijdige verlengingen van telkens één jaar door de gemeente. Een vaste flexpool van 6 tot 10 medewerkers (tijdelijk personeel, schaal 1 tot en met 8), met telefonie als primaire en burgerzaken als secundaire inzetbehoefte binnen het Klantcontactcentrum. De initiële looptijd bedraagt twee jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot drie eenzijdige verlengingen van telkens één jaar door de gemeente (maximale looptijd vijf jaar).
