Im Zuge des Projektes „C-Roads“ (CRG-3), soll eine Ablösung der analogfunkbasierten ÖV-Beschleunigung für Kraftomnibusse erprobt werden. Anders als im Vorgängerprojekt „LOGIN“ (Lichtsignalanlagen optimal gesteuert im Nahverkehr), in welchem unter der Beteiligung von verschiedenen Forschungspartner ein Proof of Concept der C-ITS-basierten ÖV-Beschleunigung erbracht werden konnte, setzt C-Roads auf produktreife Hardware, die am Markt verfügbar ist. Zudem soll die Integration in das bestehende ITCS/Betriebsleitsystem der IVU Traffic Technologies AG (IVU) beispielweise für die Visualisierung von Schaltzeitprognosen erfolgen. Die ÜSTRA hat dazu Zuwendungen der European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) beantragt, die durch Zuwendungsbescheid vom 16. Oktober 2024 bewilligt wurden. Bewilligt wurde eine Anteilsfinanzierung. Die Inanspruchnahme der Zuwendungen wird von der ÜSTRA angestrebt. Daher erwartet die ÜSTRA eine termingerechte Fertigstellung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Lieferung und funktionsfähigen Bereitstellung einer fahrzeugseitigen C-ITS basierten ÖV-Beschleunigung, das sämtliche Leistungen für ein integriertes System beinhaltet. Hierzu gehören unter anderem die Lieferung und Installation von C-ITS OBUs, von Antennen als auch die Integration zwischen diesen Komponenten bis hin zur Schnittstelle zum ITCS-Bordrechner. Das anzubietende System soll als dauerhaft funktionierendes Gesamtsystem binnen 15 Monate nach Auftragserteilung implementiert und prüfbar abgerechnet werden. Durch den Einsatz einer C-ITS-basierten ÖV-Beschleunigung soll ein zukunftsfähiges und standardisiertes System umgesetzt werden, das flexibel und Hersteller unabhängig erweitert werden kann. Der Informationsaustausch mit der infrastrukturseitigen C-ITS Roadside Unit (RSU) muss nach den folgenden Standards erfolgen: • C-Roads Specification Release 3.2.0 C-ITS Message Profiles • ISO 3833 Vehicle Type • ETSI TS 103 301 V2.2.2 • OCA-MAPEM Region-ID-Registry 02-00-01 Die zu verwendenden C-ITS-Nachrichten für die Kommunikation zwischen C-ITS RSU und OBU sind folgend aufgelistet: • CAM • MAPEM • SPAT • SREM • SSEM
