De opdracht neemt de vorm aan van een raamovereenkomst in de zin van art. 2, 35° van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten – zie punt 1.2 voor meer informatie. De aanbestedende overheid treedt op als aankoopcentrale in de zin van art. 2, 6° van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten, en dit ten aanzien van de entiteiten vermeld in 1.2.1 (de ‘bestellers’).
