… bestehenden von der ACG bereitgestellten Virtualisierungsplattform erfolgen. Die Inbetriebnahme der ATIS/D-ATIS Teile muss bis spätestens 30.06.2028 erfolgreich abgeschlossen sein. Die Lieferung und vollständige Inbetriebnahme müssen bis 30.06.2029 erfolgreich abgeschlossen sein Des Weiteren soll ein unbefristeter Wartungsvertrag (24/7/365) für das neue System beschafft werden, welcher sowohl eine zeitnahe Fehlerbehebung als auch eine Weiterentwicklung gemäß regulatorischen Vorgaben sicherstellt. Der Wartungsvertrag wird unbefristet, mit beidseitiger achtzehn (18) monatiger Kündigungsfrist zum Ende eines Kalenderjahres, abgeschlossen. Der AN sowie AG können jeweils frühestens achtundvierzig (48) Monate (=Kündigungsverzicht) nach Ablauf der Gewährleistungs-/ Garantiefrist kündigen. Der Leistungsort ist Wien und der Leistungsbeginn ist unverzüglich nach Zuschlag. Der Vertrag beginnt nach Abnahme des Systems. Die Zahlung für den Wartungsvertrag erfolgt erstmals nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren nach Abnahme. Optional sind folgende Leistungskomponenten anzubieten: • ein Kontingent von 500 Stunden für Tätigkeiten im Sinne des Grundauftrags (vgl. LV Pkt. 1.2) • Extensible Interface Capability (vgl. 14.1 TecSpec) • Operating Mode "MONITOR LOCAL" (vgl. 14.2 TecSpec) • SMA Interface (vgl. 14.3 TecSpec) • Electric Storm Warning (vgl. 14.4 TecSpec) • Alternate Airport for Military Aviation Display (vgl. 14.5 TecSpec) • SWIM Interface (vgl. 14.6 TecSpec). Vergaberechtliche Option gem. § 365 BVergG 2018 sind vorgesehen und in Punkt 1.4 der vergaberechtlichen Bestimmungen genau angeführt. Voraussetzung für ein gültiges Angebot ist die Vorlage eines Original-Vadiums in Papierform spätestens bis zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsöffnung.
