Toimeksiannot sijaitsevat Helsinki-Tampere välillä. Edellä todetusta lähtökohdasta huolimatta puitesopimuksen mukaisia toimeksiantoja voidaan myös teettää muissa, ko. rataosuudella sopimusaikana mahdollisesti alkavissa uusissa hankkeissa. … arviolta 750 000 euroa vuodessa ja arviolta 3 000 000 euroa puitejärjestelyn voimassaoloaikana, ilman arvonlisäveroa. Puitejärjestely solmitaan vähintään kolmen (mikäli hyväksyttyjä tarjouksia on vähemmän kuin 3 voidaan puitejärjestely solmia myös yhden tai kahden toimijan kanssa) ja enintään neljän toimittajan kanssa. Sija 4 otetaan mukaan puitejärjestelyyn, mikäli kyseisen sijan hyväksytyn tarjouksen vertailuhinnan ero halvimpaan on pienempi kuin 15 %.
