Heka hankkii ratkaisun Saas-palveluna, missä toimittaja vastaa Hekan tarpeet täyttävän järjestelmäpalvelun tuottamisesta kokonaispalveluna sisältäen tarvittavat ohjelmistolisenssit ja käyttöoikeudet, palvelinympäristö ja kapasiteetti ja suorituskyky sekä järjestelmän ajantasaisuuteen ja turvallisuuteen liittyvät tuki, ylläpito ja palveluhallinta. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteillä.
