Es müssen Angaben bezüglich Insolvenzverfahren und Liquidationen gemacht werden und es muss bestätigt werden, dass nachweislich keine schweren Verfehlungen begangen wurden, die die Zuverlässigkeit als Bewerber in Frage stellt und das keine Ausschlussgründe gemäß Schwarzarbeitsbekämpfungsgesetz, GWB, Arbeitnehmerentsendungsgesetz und Mindestlohngesetz vorliegen. Ab einer Auftragssumme von 30.000 Euro wird der Auftraggeber von den Bewerbern, welche zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert werden sollen bzw. von dem Bieter, auf dessen Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt werden soll, einen Auszug aus dem Wettbewerbsregister beim Bundesamt für Justiz anfordern.
