… tehty Tietopyyntö ja Markkinakartoitus (FI/TED E1). Sopimuskausi on 4 vuotta. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo neljälle vuodelle on n. 1 500 000€. Uusien asennusten määrä vuodessa on n. 25 kpl. Sakraalihermostimulaatiohoito kestää pääsääntäisesti potilaan loppuelämän ja laitteistoa ei ole tarkoitus vaihtaa ellei se rikkoudu tai paristo vaadi vaihtamista. Potilaselektrodit ja stimulaattori ovat toisiinsa sidonnaisia, ja tapauksissa joissa potilaaseen asetetut elektrodit asettavat vaatimuksia käytettävälle stimulaattorille, sopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva johtuen tarvikkeiden saatavuuden tarpeesta potilaan eliniän ajan. Toimittaja sitoutuu varmistamaan stimulaattorin, potilasohjaimen ja hoitoyksikön ohjelmiston yhteensopivuuden, saatavuuden ja tuen potilaan eliniän ajan tai niin kauan kuin kyseinen laite on kliinisessä käytössä. Tapauksissa joissa potilaalla on aikaisemman sopimuskauden laitekohtaiset potilaselektrodit asennettuna, tilaaja voi tehdä kulutusosien osalta hankintoja myös sopimustuotteiden ulkopuolelta.
