… BVO (ca. 45 X 100 m1). De nieuwbouw bestaat gedeeltelijk uit 2 bouwlagen met deels een kelder. De hoofddraagconstructie bestaat uit beton en hout, de bouwkundige schil dient te worden gebouwd als EMD schil: volgens de principes van de ‘kooi van faraday’ – het weerhouden van elektromagnetische straling. De nieuwbouw betreft vooral een gebouw met complexe installaties op koel, ventilatie en meet- en regeltechniek. De elektrotechnische installaties bestaan uit hoofdzakelijk: hoog- en laagspanningsinstallatie, data-, brandveiligheid- en elektronische beveiligingsinstallatie.
