Randassortiment : Naast het kernassortiment heeft Opdrachtgever behoefte aan een breed en diep aanvullend assortiment van Cateringproducten binnen de productgroepen die in Tabel 1 zijn opgenomen. Binnen het randassortiment dient ook een ruim aanbod met producten met één of meer van de 13 topkeurmerken op het gebied van milieu, dierenwelzijn en mens en werk beschikbaar te zijn.
