De gemeente wenst per 1 januari 2027 eenzelfde soort Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering voor gemeente af te sluiten als de bestaande, met mogelijk verbeterde dekking tegen concurrerende premie/kosten, waarbij zaakschade, personenschade, vermogensschade, werkgeversaansprakelijkheid en (plotselinge) milieuaansprakelijkheid is verzekerd. Voor bouwwerken kan een beperkte dekking voor Aansprakelijkheid en Bestaande Eigendommen worden aangeboden. De overeenkomst gaat in op 1 januari 2027 en loopt tot 1 januari 2030. Daarna is er een wederzijdse optie tot verlenging met maximaal drie (3) maal twaalf (12) maanden. De overeenkomst eindigt van rechtswege op 1 januari 2033. De opzegtermijn voor zowel de opdrachtnemer als de gemeente bedraagt vijf (5) maanden voor 1 januari 2030 en daarna telkens vijf (5) maanden voor 1 januari van het betreffende jaar en dient schriftelijk te worden medegedeeld aan de wederpartij.
