Sämtliche durch die Abbrucharbeiten entstehenden Öffnungen sind unverzüglich gegen Witterungseinflüsse, eindringendes Wasser, Verschmutzungen sowie unbefugtes Betreten zu sichern und fachgerecht provisorisch zu verschließen. Die Ortsbesichtigung ist für die Angebotsabgabe verpflichtend.
