… abzuschließen. Es sollen vorhandene Lizenzen für Softwareprodukte verlängert bzw. über neue Verträge weitergeführt und Neulizenzen hinzugekauft werden. Zusätzliche Verträge können während der Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung hinzukommen. Die vorhandenen Verträge wurden als "Commercial" eröffnet. Die Verlängerung der Lizenzen ist gegebenenfalls über "Government"-Verträge geplant. Zudem gibt es Bestrebungen, Verträge durch "Non-Profit"-Verträge zu ersetzen. Der Handelspartner muss diese Segmente ebenfalls bedienen können. Es wird ausschließlich der Bezug über Adobe VIP Marketplace ausgeschrieben. Der Bezug über einen Adobe Enterprise Terms License Agreement (ETLA) wurde im Vorfeld geprüft und ausgeschlossen.
