Nachweis von fünf Referenzen (TLF3000 nach DIN14043) gleichartiger Leistung in den letzten drei Jahren anhand des beigefügten Formulars Referenzen. Weitere Mindestanforderungen: Referenzen aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum, mindestens ein Referenzfahrzeug in den letzten zwei Jahren mit gleichwertiger Spezifikation. Das Referenzfahrzeug muss insbesondere über die gewünschte Geländefähigkeit der Kategorie 3 und der KFZ-Gewichtsklasse M, der geforderten Wasserdurchfahrtsfähigkeit von 1200 mm und der Bodenfreiheit von min. 420 mm verfügen sowie mit einer hier geforderten hydraulischen Winde ausgestattet sein. Das Referenzfahrzeug muss ferner funktional, technisch und optisch in den wesentlichen Eigenschaften dem hier ausgeschriebenen Fahrzeug entsprechen. Die Feuerwehr Lüdenscheid behält sich vor, sich die ausgelieferten Referenzfahrzeuge vorführen zu lassen oder zu besichtigen.
