Předmětem veřejné zakázky bude zpracování analýzy potřeb a požadavků MMR na nový systém elektronické spisové služby (eSSL), návrh zadání cílového řešení a zajištění podpory a dohledu v zadávacím řízení pro výběr dodavatele eSSL. Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky bude: 1. analýza potřeb a požadavků (procesní, legislativní, bezpečnostní), 2. návrh cílové architektury eSSL včetně řešení Document Management System (DMS), 3. návrh integrace se stávajícími systémy MMR, 4. migrační strategie, transformační a implementační plán, 5. zpracování a vyřízení OHA formulářů, 6. zpracování technické specifikace pro zadávací dokumentaci, 7. podpora a dohled během zadávacího řízení pro výběr dodavatele eSSL, 8. odborný autorský dozor při implementaci nové eSSL.
