Päiväkodissa on tilat 8 ryhmälle sekä lisäksi henkilökuntaa 40–45 henkilöä. Hankinta kattaa kohderakennuksen ylläpito- ja käyttäjäpalvelut sovittavan vuokrajakson ajan. Hankkeen toteuttajan vastuulla on rakennuksen käytettävyys ja olosuhteet suunnitellulle vuokra-ajalle.
