Rauman kaupunki ilmoittaa hankintalain mukaisesti optiokauden käytöstä viimeistään kolmen vuoden kuluessa alkuperäisen hankintasopimuksen tekemisestä. Sopimuskauden aikana Rauman kaupungin omistuksessa olevissa kohteissa ja toiminnassa saattaa tapahtua muutoksia, jotka vaikuttavat tämän tarjouspyynnön kohteena olevan hankinnan/toiminnan järjestämiseen, laajentamiseen tai supistamiseen. Tällöin laadittavaa sopimusta tarkistetaan tarvittavin osin, eikä tarjouksen antajalla ole oikeutta vaatia vahingonkorvauksia ko. muutoksista johtuen. Tarjouksen antaessaan tarjoaja sitoutuu tähän ehtoon. Muutoksista pyritään tiedottamaan hyvissä ajoin.
