What the buyer is looking for

The aim of the tender is to contract a future-proof, secure and user-friendly DMS solution that supports the UvA and AUAS in sustainably managing, making accessible and archiving digital documents and files. The assignment includes the delivery of the DMS solution, implementation and configuration, migration of existing documents, metadata and files, integrations with the existing IT environment, training and knowledge transfer, management, maintenance, support and further development. In addition to the quality of the solution and service offered, the assessment also looks at the implementation and migration approach, future-proofing, security and compliance and user experience, adoption and self-reliance. The price is also part of the assessment. As part of the award procedure, mandatory demonstrations will be organised in which tenderers demonstrate the solution offered on the basis of different practical situations. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer with the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the best value for money (PPP).
