What the buyer is looking for
The City of Helsinki requests applications from abroad for recruitment services to the dynamic purchasing system. The contract notice shall establish a dynamic purchasing system. All candidates fulfilling the suitability requirements will be admitted to the DPS. Enrolment in the system is not binding on the candidate. Candidates can choose which competitions to participate in within the system. Requests to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) may be submitted for the entire duration of the DPS. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix Service description. The DPS is a two-stage system. In the first stage, service providers apply for the procurement system by submitting a request to participate. In the second phase, the City of Helsinki's divisions and public utilities will be able to procure recruitment services from abroad as internal tenders in the dynamic purchasing system now being established. This DPS is valid for four (4) years from 2024 to 2028.
