The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements laid down by the C.C.P. for each specific contract. · The Centre Hospitalier de Valenciennes acts as coordinator of the grouping of orders for each specific contract constituted by the members, referenced in the annex. The Valenciennes Hospital also acts as coordinator of the central purchasing body exercised by the GCS PHARMA HAUTS-DE-FRANCE within the meaning of Article L.2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Thus, members of the SAG who have not quantified at the stage of specific contracts will be able to benefit from it under the central purchasing body. The DPS is not broken down into categories, it includes all the therapeutic classes of the NHM nomenclature and similar specialties. The Dynamic Acquisition System is set up for a period of 10 years from its publication.
