Hankija soovib tellida vajaduspõhiselt igapäevast toitlustusteenust (edaspidi teenus). Teenuse sisuks on hankija teenistujate ja/või koostööpartnerite toitlustamine vajadusel nii igapäevaste tööülesannete täitmisel kui õppustel, planeeritud ja planeerimata ettenägematutel operatsioonidel sh kriiside korral. Samuti on riigihanke osas 1, vajadusel teenuse sisuks, kinnipeetavate toitlustamine. Raamleping sõlmitakse igas riigihanke osas kuni kolme pakkujaga kestvusega 24 kuud. Kui hankija vajadus teenuse järgi jätkub samadel tingimustel, on hankijal õigus pikendada raamlepingu kehtivust kuni 24 kuu võrra. Teenuse tellimine toimub vajaduspõhiselt tellimuste alusel. Teenuse osutaja peab olema valmis osutama teenust väiksemas mahus (alates ühest inimest) ja erinevas suuruses rühmadele (nt 10-50 või 100-500 inimest). Inimeste arv täpsustatakse tellimuses.
