Reconstruction and/or protection will also be carried out on land weapon networks that interfere with the construction intention, including low- and medium-pressure gas networks, water supply networks, low-voltage ground power cable lines, telecommunications cable sewerage, as well as medium-voltage overhead power line and aeration telecommunications line. 3. The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) dehumusisation of the road lane, 2) removal of greenery, 3) demolition of some construction works - road surface, culverts, 4) protection/reconstruction of the land development network in a manner consistent with the land development project - water supply networks, gas networks, telecommunications ducts and overhead networks, ground and overhead electricity networks, 5) execution of earthworks, i.e. excavations and road embankments to shape the body of the planned road in the field with the preparation of a channel for the planned road surfaces, sidewalks, exits, 6) construction of road ditches with reinforcement of concrete prefabrications, including sealed ditches, covered ditches 7) construction of the P-1 culvert along with strengthening of slopes and the bottom of the watercourse at inlets/outlets, 8) strengthening of the riverbed without the name with mesh and stone baskets in places where the road body is approached, 9) construction of rainwater sewer sections with equipment and outlets, 10) construction of deep and triangular channel wastewater, 11) construction of lower layers of pavement structures - substrate stabilized with cement / adhesive, 12) construction of upper layers of pavement: bituminous on the roadway, concrete (cube) on the pavement 13) construction of ordinary exits to land properties adjacent to the planned road lane, 14) finishing and cleaning works, including leveling the terrain, 4. The contractor is obliged to develop and approve a project for the temporary organization of traffic for the duration of the works taking into account, among others, the complete closure of the road and the appointment of detours. According to the provisions of the ZRID decision, the cost of archaeological supervision during earthworks should be taken into account when valuing the value of the works. 5. The detailed scope of work and the manner of performance shall be determined in order of priority by: the bill of quantities constituting Annex 4 to the tender specifications, the design documentation constituting Annex 2 to the tender specifications, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works constituting Annex 3 and the other requirements as to the subject-matter of the contract contained in the tender specifications. 6. The contractor is obliged to carry out the works in such a way as to provide residents with access to the property. 7.
