… should be understood only as the actual time of providing services without preparatory activities, i.e. without the time needed to reach or travel. Specialist care services for people with mental disorders and care services will be provided by the contractor's employees on all days of the week, i.e. working days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 to 20:00 or at other times depending on the needs of the ward. Determination of the hours and manner of performed services will be determined and adapted to the individual needs of persons under care, on the basis of a decision issued by the Ordering Party. After individual arrangements, the contractor will draw up a schedule for the performance of the services.
