… the distance showing the calculation of the shortest route from the building of the Provincial Police Headquarters based in Radom to the place where the service is provided will be carried out by the contracting authority on the basis of printouts from the website http://www.google.pl/maps ‘set a road route’. If the indicated distance is exceeded, the offer will be rejected. 5. The provision of the service includes performance within one hotel complex: 1) hotel services including breakfast 2) conference room rental 3) restaurant services. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to proportional remuneration of the Contractor in the event of a change in the number of participants in the meeting, however, the reduction in the number of participants may not cover more than 20 people, and the Ordering Party will inform about the possible change no later than 3 days before the start of the meeting. The contracting authority allows the contractor to offer the same conference room, provided that this does not hinder the way the contract is performed. The organizer of the training is the contracting authority and it is the contracting authority that secures the training staff and training materials. The subject of the contract is not the service of organising training by the Contractor.
