A detailed description of the subject of the Agreement, specifying the type and quantity, can be found in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which, as Annex 5, is an integral part of the Agreement. 4. The kitchen will be delivered to the Social Welfare Home (DPS) at ul. Karmelkowa 25 in Wroclaw. Delivery will take place between 7:00 -15:00 on working days. 5. … installation works, including cumbersome, noisy, etc., will be carried out on working days from 7:00 to 15:00, unless the possibility of conducting them at other hours results from the written consent of the Ordering Party, which the Contractor will request on his own 7. Installation is understood as the commissioning and preparation of the kitchen for use, including in particular: unpacking the kitchen with the removal of all waste and packaging generated during the performance of these activities, installing equipment, checking the correctness of operation, including carrying out functional tests and handing over the kitchen for use, in particular by conducting instruction for personnel indicated by the Ordering Party. 8. The contract is implemented under the Government Programme for Civil Protection and Civil Defence for the years 2025-2026 and is subject to the requirements resulting from the Act of 5 December 2024 on Civil Protection and Civil Defence (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1907 as amended) and Resolution No 72 of the Council of Ministers of 27 May 2025 approving the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026 (M.P. of 2025, item 541 as amended). 9. The subject of the agreement is financed from the state budget from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026.
