1. The material scope of the task includes the renovation of ul. Podleska in Trzebinia on the length of approx. 0.334 km from the intersection with ul. Płocka to the intersection with ul. by Olkuska. As part of the task, it is planned to make a new abrasive layer from a mineral-asphalt mixture of 4 cm (approx. 1513,28 m2) after prior partial milling of the existing surface in places of overstatement, local additions to the crushing base and making an MMA leveling layer with inter-layer liquefaction using asphalt emulsion. … vertical adjustment of water supply valve boxes and duct manholes with their replacement with "floating" manholes provided by Wodociągi Chrzanowskie, carried out under the supervision of the network owner. The detailed scope of the works covered by the task is determined by the attached documentation containing the bill of quantities and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, and on the basis of these documents a quotation should be prepared. The KNNR and KNR bases given by the Contracting Authority in the bills of quantities are not the basis for the calculation of unit prices binding on the Contractor; they only specify the scope of the works covered by a given item of the bill of quantities. The location of the section to be renovated is shown in the graphic annex. The contractor will be obliged to transport excess land and debris from demolition works to a place designated by him. The costs involved, including any disposal costs, must be included in the price offered. It will be the contractor's duty to organize for their needs the construction facilities and marking and securing the site of works in accordance with applicable regulations, notification of works in the field of regulation of sewage manholes and boxes of water supply valves to the network owner in order for them to take over supervision over the works carried out, as well as preparation of a geodetic as-built inventory of the completed scope of works with the introduction of changes to the resources of the District Center for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation in Chrzanów. Confirmation of the geodetic activities carried out will be provided to the Ordering Party with a copy of the current master map issued by the PODGiK, taking into account the changes made. In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to provide a geodetic as-built inventory electronically or on a CD in dwg or dxf format. The costs related to the fulfilment of these obligations will be the costs of the Contractor and should therefore be included in the price offered. 2. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a minimum guarantee of 36 months for the works carried out.
