In addition, in the event of local dirt, in particular caused by bird droppings, the Contractor is obliged to temporarily wipe and remove dirt from the surface of the glass, if necessary, regardless of the established frequency of window washing. The Contractor undertakes to perform the services carefully, with his own equipment, appropriate to the type of surface to be cleaned, using cleaning agents of good quality. All cleaning products shall be provided by the Contractor on his own and at his own expense. 2. The subject of the contract are room cleaning services in 2027. Task No 2 - Room cleaning services at the headquarters of the Road Oblast in Janów Podlaski at ul. Nowa 1, 21-505 Janów Podlaski usable area of 74.35 m2 including: • 1 office room 16.14 m2 • 2 corridors 10.35 m2 • 1 bathroom 4.06 m2 • 3 social rooms 43.80 m2 The Contractor is obliged to perform the service once a week.
