Administration and maintenance of municipal cemeteries at ul. Słowiańska and ul. Waleriana Łukasińskiego in Świdnica in 2027

… supervision over works carried out in cemeteries and its facilities by economic entities providing funeral and other services, e.g. stonework, as regards compliance with the applicable regulations and the Regulations of Communal Cemeteries in Świdnica regarding the requirements that must be met by cemeteries, especially with regard to the erection of tombstones, the construction of graves, land development at graves and other works, 6) watering trees and shrubs, 7) cutting and maintaining hedges and ornamental shrubs in the cemetery at Słowiańska Street, 8) supervision and carrying out minor repairs to parts of external objects, devices and installations, in particular in the scope of: water supply, rainwater sewerage, fences and pavement of alleyways – up to a total of PLN 500 gross per year, 9) snow removal and scouring (each time as required) of all all alleys with asphalt pavement, paved and those with a gravel and stone structure with a width of over 3 m and a square around the pre-burial house and chapel, works should be carried out within 4 hours, starting up to 2 hours from the end of snowfall or up to 2 hours from the occurrence of embankments. 2. The cemetery register specialist will be responsible for handling matters relating to the administration of two cemeteries, in particular: 1) keeping records in the books of buried persons, 2) keeping a register of extensions in the books, 3) accepting payments and issuing invoices for extensions and reserves in cemeteries, 4) keeping a register of reserve places fees, 5) preparing and drawing up protocols and reports for the Ordering Party, 6) conducting procedures for the liquidation of graves in cemeteries. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 8 to the ToR. 4. The Contractor will provide services with the utmost care, efficiency and diligence, in accordance with the best professional practices and experience, as well as in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. It shall be fully liable to the Ordering Party and third parties for claims resulting from any breach by the Contractor or Subcontractors of the law and the provisions of the Agreement. 5. The Contractor will ensure constant exchange of information with the Ordering Party and coordination of its activities with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 6.
