This equipment will be made available by the Ordering Party to the Contractor for the duration of this contract. During the period of performance of the contract, the contractor will bear full responsibility for the equipment and premises made available. These premises and equipment will be handed over to the contractor on the basis of a handover and acceptance report, which will form an integral part of the contract. Other equipment, including tableware and cutlery, will be provided by the Contractor on his own. In addition, the Contracting Authority would like to inform you that, in accordance with Order No 187/2025 of the Mayor of Lubień Municipality of 30 June 2025 on: Determination of minimum monthly gross rent rates in PLN for 1 m2 of commercial premises and determination of minimum gross rent rates for 1 m2 of land lease per year; and the fee for the use of kitchen equipment - applicable on the day of the tender procedure - the rent for 1 m2 of occupied space, including electricity and gas, is PLN 14.30 gross per month, while the rent for the use of kitchen equipment is PLN 100.00 gross per month. The contractor will bear the costs related to the rent for the rooms where the school canteen for children is run, so this price should be included in the offer price. When preparing meals, all sanitary and hygienic requirements should be taken into account. A warm meal must comply with the nutritional standards in force in the so-called mass catering outlets, i.e. meals should be prepared in accordance with the principles of rational nutrition, prepared from wholesome, fresh foodstuffs with current expiry dates. Residues and rubbish left over after meals have been served must be removed from the canteen premises at the expense of the service provider. The Contractor will prepare meals in accordance with the rules set out in the Food and Nutrition Safety Act (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448, as amended), including its implementing provisions. The contractor must take into account the standards of nutrition in schools, the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 February 2026 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and young people in units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of mass catering for children and young people in these units (Journal of Laws No. of Laws 2026, item 197) and the following recommendations of the Ordering Party: In the nutrition of preschool children, a lightly digestible diet should be used.
