A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the manner in which it is to be performed is set out in Annex 6 to the ToR – ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. This description should be read together with changes in the content of the tender specifications, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors’ queries.
