… to Art. 3 of the Environmental Protection Act, and par. 9 of Annex 1 to the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 1 July 2021, referred to in point (a) above, providing the Chief Inspector for Environmental Protection with updated data identifying the city of Sosnowiec, referred to in Article 117a(1) CTMR. 2 in conjunction with Article 118a(2) 2 of the Environmental Protection Law Act, providing the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection and the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship with the Strategic Noise Map resulting from Art. 1 of the Environmental Protection Act. 2. The territorial scope of the contract covers the area within the city limits of Sosnowiec. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR – OPZ.
