Conducting banking services for the budget of the Brodnicki District together with organizational units

… -issuing cheque books, -exchange of cash for denominations of various values, -providing telephone information on balances and all operations on bank accounts, -issue opinions and certificates, -remuneration of the current account, auxiliary accounts and separate accounts of each organisational unit listed in the tender specification based on the WIBID 1M rate on the last business day of the month preceding the current interest period reduced or increased by a fixed bank margin in the amount according to the Contractor's offer. Capitalised interest at the end of the month on the last calendar day, -closure of bank accounts, -possibility of granting, at the request of the Contracting Authority in each financial year, a revolving overdraft facility to cover the budget deficit occurring during the transitional year up to PLN 3 000 000.00 (in words: three million zlotys) under the following conditions: • loan granted at the request of the Ordering Party, loan granted in the financial year, • revolving loan, • basic loan amount: PLN 3 000 000.00 • loan collateral: blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, • credit commission on starting the loan according to the Contractor's offer, • interest on the amount of the loan used, accrued on a monthly basis, • all current account receipts repay the loan, • annual interest rate on the loan according to a variable interest rate set by the Bank based on the WIBOR 3M rate applicable in periods for which interest is charged, reduced or increased by a fixed margin provided by the Contractor in the offer, • loan placed at the disposal of the Ordering Party no later than by the date specified in the loan agreement, • submission of the tender offer is tantamount to the possibility of granting a short-term loan by the Contractor under the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference, • creditworthiness of the Ordering Party examined on the basis of the documents attached to the Terms of Reference before submitting the Contractor's offer, list of documents for assessing the creditworthiness of the Ordering Party in Chapter XXVI of the Terms of Reference, - acceptance of funds for deposits of the OVERNIGHT type exceeding PLN 100 000,00 at the request of the Ordering Party (without additional formalities), at an interest rate calculated in accordance with the formula: WIBID 1M on the last business day of the month preceding the current interest period increased or reduced by the Contractor's fixed margin according to the offer. The service applies only to the Ordering Party. -providing, launching (installation, training) and operating a system enabling banking operations to be carried out electronically (sending credit transfers, obtaining information and history concerning all operations performed on accounts, generating printouts of bank statements and confirmations of banking operations, storing information on bank transfers for a period of 3 months, the possibility of working in several positions), technical service in the field of system operation, -handling and settling payments made by contractors using payment cards
