Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of hours and persons covered by care depending on actual needs. … provided should be understood only as the actual time of providing services without preparatory activities, i.e. without the time needed to reach or travel. Specialist care services for people with mental disorders and care services will be provided by the contractor's employees on all days of the week, i.e. on working days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 to 20:00 or at other times depending on the client's needs. Determination of the hours and manner of performed services will be determined and adapted to the individual needs of persons under care, on the basis of a decision issued by the Ordering Party. After individual arrangements, the contractor will draw up a schedule for the performance of the services.
