… with industry standards, in a complete and usable condition, i.e.: guaranteeing their use in accordance with their intended purpose without making additional purchases of elements and accessories, 2) It must meet the requirements in terms of health and safety, in accordance with applicable regulations in this area, 3) It must be approved for marketing and use in European Union countries, including premises intended for permanent residence of people, 4) It must meet the technical requirements set out in point. IV Detailed technical description. 5) On the day of acceptance, the Contractor will hand over to the Ordering Party (if possible, recycled paper or paper with environmental certificates, e.g. FSC or equivalent) or in electronic form instruction manual in Polish, warranty document, documents confirming the approval of the device for marketing and use in the EU (if required by law), product card or technical specification of the model offered. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract with respect for the principles of sustainable development and minimizing the negative impact on the environment. In particular, the Contractor shall, where possible, make use of: 1) eco-friendly, biodegradable or recyclable materials, 2) recycled or environmentally certified paper (e.g. FSC or equivalent), 3) consider partial use of materials in electronic form (if possible), 4) information on co-financing from the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 programme, entitled: ‘CUS – A new look at social services’ by affixing a sticker with EU logos in a prominent place on the subject of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to include in the price of the tender all activities and additional works related to the delivery of complete and usable furniture, in accordance with the requirements described in points 1 to 3. 5. The Contractor is obliged to remove and dispose of the packaging left after delivery.
