… safety of communication and evacuation, ensure proper lighting and the possibility of operation of basic installations during power failure. Purchase of a power generator with a capacity of approx. 50 kW will be part of the technical infrastructure and will allow for emergency power supply to key circuits of the school, in particular lighting, ventilation and security installations. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure if the public funds it intended to use to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded. 12.2. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 8 to the ToR. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex 7 to the ToR.
