Equipment must be brand new, unused, complete and free from defects and meet the technical and safety requirements set out in the CIP. Delivery includes transport, unloading, picking, safe commissioning and checking of operation, required measurements and electrical tests made by people with appropriate qualifications, instruction and transmission of technical documentation, instruction manuals in Polish and warranty documents. The contract is co-financed from the state budget under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026. Part 5 is subject to further proceedings following its annulment in proceedings No IP.271.2026.12. The quantities indicated are the guaranteed range. The equipment must be brand new, unused, complete and free from defects, equipped with the cables, connections and protections required by the OPZ. Delivery includes transport, unloading, safe commissioning and checking of operation, required electrical tests and measurements, instruction and transmission of technical, acceptance and warranty documentation and instructions for use in Polish. The contract is co-financed from the state budget under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026. This part is reopened following its annulment in proceedings No IP.271.2026.12. The quantities indicated are the basic range, without the number of options covered by the right. The principles of the option are defined in the ToR and the draft provisions of the agreement. The detailed CIP is contained in Chapter XIX of the CTZ.
