Up to 80 persons may stay in the Municipal-Municipal Assistance Centre, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Centre’, including: – 15 residents of the Odolanów Social Welfare House, – 35 participants of the Environmental Self-Help House, – 30 seniors of the Daily Senior+ House. The number of people fed is not constant. The number of residents, participants and seniors may change periodically due to trips, holidays, hospital stays, etc. It can also be reduced naturally. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure: – daily meals consisting of 5 dishes for residents of the Odolanów Social Welfare House, – on working days lunch – 1st dish (soup) for participants of the Environmental Self-Help House, – on working days lunch (soup or 2nd dish) for seniors from the Daily Senior+ House. 5. A maximum of 15 residents and 35 participants of ŚDS and 30 seniors of DDS+ can be fed. The actual quantity will result from the current needs of the order depending on the number of residents and participants of ŚDS and seniors of DDS+. The Contractor shall be entitled to remuneration only for the meals actually delivered. 6. For ODPS residents, 5 meals are prepared every day at fixed times of the day: breakfast from 8.00 to 10.00 lunch - first course from 12:30 to 14:30 lunch - second course from 12:30 to 14:30 afternoon tea - from 15:00 to 17:00 dinner - from 18:00 to 20:00 7. The Contractor must deliver the meals to: – ul. Raszkowska 36, 63-430 Odolanów for the Odolanów House of Social Welfare and the Environmental House of Self-Help; – ul. Dworcowa 2, 63-430 Odolanów for the Daily House "Senior+". 8. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of 23 August 2012 on social welfare homes (Dz. Journal of Laws 2025, item 51) residents should have access to basic food products and beverages around the clock (bread – 1 loaf, butter – 1 cube, tea – 5 sachets, jam – 1 jar of 250 g ) at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 9. The service includes the preparation of meals from products purchased by the Contractor, delivery of meals to the addresses indicated in point. 7 by the Contractor's own transport and distribution of meals by the Contractor during the hours indicated in point 6. Preparation of meals must take place on an ongoing basis, with fresh products in accordance with the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
