… development of complete project documentation in all industries necessary for the proper implementation of the task (in particular: electrical, sanitary, construction and technological facilities in the field of sports facilities and terrain). This documentation must meet the requirements of the Construction Law and the Regulation on the detailed scope and form of project documentation (Journal of Laws 2021.2454 of 2021.12.29 ) and include in particular: a) multi-discipline construction project, consisting of: - Land Development Project (PZT), - Architectural and Construction Project (PAB), - Technical Project (PT) for each industry; b) a complete Executive Project (IP) for each of the industries, which is a specification of the construction project to the extent that allows the execution of works; c) development for all industries: Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), quotation estimates in a detailed version and bills of quantities; d) obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all the bridge-like and legally binding decisions, permits, opinions (including geotechnical opinion and possible documentation of ground tests) and consents necessary for the implementation of construction works related to the modernization of two training pitches at the Sports and Recreation Center at ul. Strumykowa 1 in Dzierżoniów, including their retrofitting with the installation of outdoor lighting and the implementation of an automated irrigation system. The Contractor is obliged to perform the Documentation on the basis of the PFU, describing the planned scope of modernization of the two pitches and specifying the technical and material solutions desired by the Ordering Party; 2) Stage II – execution, on the basis of the documentation drawn up and approved as part of the first stage, of construction works relating to the modernisation of training pitches by retrofitting them with lighting enabling play after dark and the construction of a complete automated irrigation installation for two training pitches and the installation of a meteorological station integrated with the automatic irrigation system at the OSiR in Dzierżoniów. 1.3. The material scope of the subject of the contract specified above must comply with the requirements of the Ordering Party, applicable regulations and standards, in particular with: 1) PFU modernization of two training pitches by retrofitting them with lighting enabling play after dark and making an automated irrigation installation of two pitches at the OSiR in Dzierżoniów, with the proviso that the solutions presented in the PFU should be treated as initial, which may be subject to correction, e.g. technical solutions. The Contractor must take into account the situation that the types of works and quantities given in the PFU are estimated quantities and may change at the stage of preparing the Documentation. Any deviation from the technical solutions indicated in the PFU must be approved by the Ordering Party; 2) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works
