The contracting authority for the performance of the contract has the certificate AB.6743.276.2026.ADom of 19.08.2026 issued by the Starost of Słubice on the possibility of starting construction works. 6. The price is an estimate price and the tender must be accompanied by quotation estimates drawn up on the basis of the enclosed bills of quantities. Lack of attached cost estimates will result in rejection of the offer. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the quotation or on the tender form the man-hour rate (R-g) expressed in PLN. The specified rate will be the basis for settlement of additional, replacement or other works provided for in the contract. Failure to indicate the hourly rate will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract. 7. The order is not divided into lots. It is a homogeneous contract with a contract value below the EU thresholds. Division of the contract would cause excessive technical and organisational difficulties, related to the correction and supervision of the performance of the activities of the various Contractors performing the contract and increased costs of performance of the contract. In addition, the division of a contract and an attempt to award a contract in lots may risk irregular performance of the contract or even prevent its performance if it is not possible to award a contract for one of its lots. 8. If the Ordering Party, as part of this documentation, in particular in the description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions, has indicated trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process that characterize products or services provided by a specific Contractor, the Ordering Party shall allow equivalent products or services, not inferior to those indicated. The obligation to demonstrate that the products or services offered meet the above requirements lies with the Contractor.
