The purchase is co-financed by the WFOŚiGW in Łódź on the basis of contract No 220/OA/J/2026 of 14 July 2026 for the transfer of funds to the state budget unit for the purchase of a hybrid car for the needs of the ŁUW in Łódź. 6. Together with the vehicle, the Contractor shall provide the documents required for its registration, including the approval certificate or other document provided for by law confirming the entry into service of the delivered vehicle in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the documents necessary for registration, warranty documentation, instruction manual in Polish and a set of keys in the number provided by the manufacturer. 7. The use of exemplary manufacturer names is only aimed at clarifying the level of expectations of the Ordering Party in relation to a specific solution. Thus, the use of the names of producers or products is purely illustrative. When describing the subject of the contract, indicating the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a specific product, the Ordering Party at the same time allows equivalent products with quality parameters and performance characteristics, at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thus recognizing each product with the indicated parameters or better. 8. Whenever the Contracting Authority describes the subject-matter of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it shall accept solutions equivalent to those described.
