Customers who eat a hot meal at the Contractor's premises are to have the opportunity to eat a hot meal sitting on plastic chairs in decent conditions while observing sanitary rules. The premises must be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. At the same time, the Contracting Authority stipulates that the majority of authorised clients will not eat at the Contractor’s premises – the client will take the meal home. It is expected that no more than 40 families per day, living in Stalowa Wola from 12-15, from Monday to Friday at the expense of the Contractor, will be served with a meal and dry food. Delivery to one address, regardless of the number of meals, will be counted as one service; The service of preparing, dispensing and delivering meals will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of law in force at the time of the service, in particular regarding the rules for the provision of catering services. The service of dispensing dry food for Saturday and Sunday will take place along with a hot meal issued on Friday. The service of dispensing dry provisions on public holidays will take place together with a meal issued on the day preceding the public holiday. In 2027: (statutory public holidays: 06/01/27 – Wednesday 3.05.2027 – Monday 27 May 2027 – Thursday 1 November 2027 – Monday 11 November 2027 - Thursday). - 06.01.2027. dry provisions for a public holiday will be issued on 05.01.2027. - 03.05.2027. dry provisions for a public holiday will be issued together with dry provisions for Saturday and Sunday on 30.04.2027. - 27.05.2027. dry provisions for a public holiday will be issued on 26.05.2027. - 1.11.2027. dry provisions for a public holiday will be issued together with dry provisions for Saturday and Sunday on 29.10.2027. • 11.11.2027. dry provisions for a public holiday will be issued on 10.11.2027. a) Service for the preparation and delivery of Christmas Eve and Easter Breakfast dinners on the date set by the Ordering Party. b) The temperature of meals throughout the entire period of issue should be: - for salads, the safe temperature is +4 o C, - for hot soups a minimum of +75 o C, - for ‘second course’ dishes (meat, poultry, fish and offal dishes) a minimum of +63 oC. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: Annexes 6 – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and Annex 7 – Model contract to the tender specification.
