Mączna 3 in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Dz. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1225) is in the Wrong group – buildings intended primarily for use by people with reduced mobility. 5. The material scope of the Subject of the Agreement is determined by: 1) Description of the subject of the Order; 2) Quantity of works; 3) Technical Specifications of Construction Works: – STWiORB – General requirements – STWiORB – Demolition works – STWiORB – Insulation works – STWiORB – Tiles, walls, floors – STWiORB – Floor coverings – STWiORB – Painting works – STWiORB – Assembly works – STWiORB – Electrical installations – STWiORB – Sanitary installations 4) Archival drawing of the first floor project 5) Executive design. 6. Employment information: The contracting authority requires the employment of persons, pursuant to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Information on hiring people on the basis of an employment contract has been included in §14 of the Draft Contract. 7. The subject of the contract will be executed on the basis of the contract and the Documentation referred to in § 1 point 1 letter a, b of the draft contract and the local vision at the site of the Construction Works (if applicable).
