As part of this stage, the contractor is obliged to carry out works on the basis of a temporary notification of a construction work (Article 29(1)(7) of the Construction Law Act), which allows for: a) effective notification of the construction of a temporary container water treatment plant (operating period up to 180 days) together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure; b) complete design documentation covering the container construction of the Drawno SUW together with the necessary external installations covering the area of plot 110/4, the Drawno area, subject to point a; c) performing geological surveys (conditions for the foundation of the object); d) execution of earthworks, underground connection infrastructure (water-can and electric approaches to the container) and reinforced concrete foundation slab; e) prefabrication, delivery and physical assembly (putting ) complete SUW technology container on the prepared plate; f) construction of internal water supply, sewerage, energy and lighting systems; g) implementation of land development necessary for the functioning of the facility. The project documentation should meet the conditions provided for by the law in force on the date of handing it over to the Ordering Party, the guidelines contained in thematic specific regulations, Polish Standards, principles of technical knowledge and assumptions contained in the PFU. Design documentation should be made in 4 copies in paper version and in 1 electronic version (CD) and include: the construction and execution project, the bill of quantities, the specifications for the technical execution and acceptance of the works, information on safety and health protection and the Contractor's statement that the documentation is made in accordance with the applicable standards. The implementation of STAGE I forms the basis for the financial settlement in 2026, which amounts to 98% of the contract value. The installed equipment must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects. 2) Stage II – the phase of sanctioning the permanent state – the deadline for implementation is 30 June 2027. The Contractor is obliged to perform complete documentation enabling the Contracting Authority to obtain a building permit, i.e.: mapping for design purposes; b) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a final decision on the construction conditions for a permanent water treatment plant, a decision on the environmental conditions for consent to the implementation of the project and other administrative acts required by law in order to complete the documentation for obtaining a building permit; c) execution of as-built documentation with legibly applied all changes introduced during construction along with geodetic inventory of completed networks, installations and facilities; draw up start-up, operation and maintenance instructions and health and safety instructions for use in normal use and emergency situations; e) provide author's supervision until the end of the warranty period; f) obtain a final decision on the building permit for a permanent SUW facility (before the expiry of 180 days from the date of provisional notification from STAGE I.
