… the requirements for key personnel constituting an annex to the contract, the decision on environmental conditions RIŚ.6220.1.2025.AM of 1 July 2025 constituting Annex 1 K to the ToR, Decision on the location of the investment of the public objective RNZ.6733.3.2025.SG of 1 September 2025 constituting Annex 1 L to the , TPD. Geotechnical report constituting Annex 1 D to the TPD. 2. The contracting authority also attaches the bill of quantities constituting Annex 1 J to the ToR as a supporting document. 3. As part of this contract, the task will be carried out consisting in the extension and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant located in Tykocin, cadastral plot No. 1396, geodetic area 0034 Tykocin, ul. Dutch 27, Białystok County. On the territory of the plot there is a currently functioning wastewater treatment plant intended for expansion and reconstruction. Entry to the plot takes place from the public road, district no. 1189, ul. Dutch 27 through the existing congress. The plot is owned by the Investor and is intended for the planned investment. 4. The treatment plant will be intended for the treatment of municipal wastewater from the municipality of Tykocin (domestic and economic wastewater). 5. The subject-matter of the contract shall be: 1) design - preparation of complete design documentation, consisting in particular of the final multi-discipline conceptual design, construction design, executive design, executive cost estimate, in accordance with the conditions indicated in the Functional-Use Programme, 2) execution of construction works in accordance with the developed and approved documentation referred to in point 1 above, regarding the task of building infrastructure with the necessary construction equipment in the Tykocin Commune and obtaining on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party a decision on the use permit, 3) carrying out author's supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the Documentation, 4) performance of other obligations imposed on the Ordering Party as an Investor necessary to design and build, as well as commissioning the Investment and obligations imposed on the Ordering Party as an Investor in the decisions issued for the subject of the contract.
