… the EMS (Energy Management System). c) The installation consists of 50 Bifacial photovoltaic modules (with a power of at least 580 Wp each), installed on the steel structure of the grandstand shed, and a hybrid inverter with a power of 25 kW. The total installation power on the DC side shall be at least 29.00 kWp. The estimated annual energy production should be at least 29 000 kWh. (d) As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will perform construction works including: • Construction of the installation of photovoltaic modules with a power of at least 29.00 kWp (50 modules x 580 Wp were assumed) located on the construction of the grandstand shed on the plot No. ewid. 273 in Czarny Bór, • Installation of a hybrid inverter with equipment (AFCI, SPD DC I+II/AC II, DC switch, PID), • Execution of a switchgear / RPV cable connection with a power of P=25 kW, • Execution of DC and AC cable routes with protections, • Execution of lightning protection and overvoltage protection of the designed photovoltaic installation, • Connection with the existing main switchgear of the facility near the cloakroom building • Execution of an EMS system limiting the energy outflow to the OSD network • Execution of necessary earth and foundation works (concrete foundations for the supporting structure of the shelter), • Location of the cable charge (nN cable line with a length of approx. 160-180 m on the plot), • Preparing as-built documentation and providing the Ordering Party with a full set of documents (schemes, certificates, measurement protocols, instructions), • Execution of electrical measurements and checks required by regulations and standards, • Installation and configuration of the on-line monitoring system for PV installations, • Carrying out instructions for the Ordering Party in the field of operation and safety of , installations • Marking of cable routes, switchgears and devices along with the installation of the required warning boards, • Participation in acceptance activities carried out by competent institutions (OSD, UDT, PINB - if required), e) Detailed description of the subject of the contract (PFU) concerning: Part 1 is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR. More information in the SWZ. 2. 2) Part 2 - Design and construction of a 175 kWp photovoltaic power plant with an energy storage of 160 kW on plot No. ewid. 491 in Czarny Bór: a) The subject of the contract is the design and construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of at least 175 kWp with an energy storage of 160 kW on plot No. ewid. 491 in Czarny Bór.’ (b) The contract includes the design, obtaining the decisions and permits required by law, execution, approval and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant using photovoltaic carport technology. (c) The photovoltaic power plant will operate in an on-grid system, with a connection to the SN 20 kV distribution network of TAURON Dystrybucja SA, via the planned 20/0.4 kV transformer station located on plot 491. Electricity will be produced from solar radiation, stored in a 160 kW / 552 kWh container energy storage facility and consumed for the facility's own needs (EV chargers, carport lighting),
