As part of the revitalization of the historic park, the following works will be carried out: 1. … increase the biodiversity of the natural object and complement the composition of the park foundation. The performance of the service is divided into two stages: Stage I involves the execution of the ordinal orders listed in point. 1 and horticultural works listed in point. 2 sub-points 1 and the settlement of this stage by 20 December 2026. Stage II includes planting new greenery and maintaining new greenery from the date of planting until 31 August 2027 and making a park clearing, grass surfaces, park meadow, settlement of this stage by 15 September 2027. All work related to the implementation of the service must be carried out in accordance with the documentation entitled: The stand management project, the greenery conservation project, the greenery development project ‘Protection and enhancement of biodiversity in the historic park in Rogów Legnicki’, constituting Annex I. No. 1 to the SWZ. For the execution of the works, the Contracting Authority obtained from the Conservator of Monuments in Wrocław a permit from the Delegation in Legnica to carry out conservation works, construction works at the monument – Decision No 213/2021 of 23 March 2021, as amended by Decision No 1129/2024 of 10 December 2024 and Decision No 454/2026 of 3 June 2026. NOTE : Implementation of the task is co-financing from external funds granted under the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 to be used and settled by 30 September 2027. This means that in the event of failure to meet this deadline and the Municipality of Prochowice losing co-financing, the Contracting Authority will require the Contractor to cover 100% of the lost co-financing, which will be entered into the provisions of the contract. ATTENTION!!! The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 131(1) CTMR, 2 of the Public Procurement Act, requires the submission of a tender after the Contractor has completed a mandatory on-site inspection. The tender of a Contractor who has not carried out an on-site visit will be rejected on the basis of Art. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Act The Ordering Party sets the date of the vision to 28 October 2026, the site of the historic Park in Rogów Legnicki, at 7 p.m. 12.00. Attendance will be confirmed by a signature on the attendance list, which will serve as evidence in the event of rejection of offers from entities that did not appear for the visit.
