… legislation concerning machinery and its safety. 5) The tractor must be adapted to move on public roads with a trailer and meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 and the implementing provisions applicable to the type and category of vehicle. 6) The tractor must have all the equipment required by law for use on public roads, in particular adequate lighting, signalling, braking, steering and other equipment required for this type of vehicle. 7) The Contractor is obliged to provide, together with the tractor and plough, complete documentation required for its registration and entry into service on public roads, to the extent required by law, in particular documents confirming compliance with approval requirements or unit approval requirements, if they are required for a given type and category of vehicle. 8) The tractor must have technical documentation, instructions for use in Polish and documents required for its correct, safe and intended use. 9) The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with documents regarding the tractor, in particular: - instruction manual in Polish; - the technical documentation; - guarantee documents; - documents confirming the release to service, if required; - documents necessary for registration and entry into service on public roads with a trailer; - other documents required by law. 10) The tractor and its accessories must be delivered in such a condition that it can be used directly once the Contractor has carried out all the preparatory work required by the manufacturer. 11) The Contractor will provide authorized service within 30 km from the seat of the Ordering Party. 12) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the tractor together with the accessories specified in the Technical Specifications of the tractor constituting Annex 1 to the ToR. 13) Detailed requirements concerning the technical and operational parameters, equipment and functionality of the tractor and the plow are set out in the Technical Specification of the tractor, which is attached as Annex 1 to the CDS. 14) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the tractor together with the plow to the seat of the Ordering Party, i.e. Łabunie Commune Office, ul. Zamojska 50, 22-437 Łabunie. 15) All costs related to delivery, preparation for use and delivery of the required documentation to the Ordering Party shall be borne by the Contractor. 16) The requirements set out in this section and in the Technical Specifications attached as Annex 1 to the ToR constitute minimum requirements. The offered tractor may have technical parameters and equipment better than required by the Ordering Party. 4.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of the minimum required technical and utility parameters of the tractor and the plow, is described in the Technical Specifications constituting Annex 1 to the ToR.
